We are looking for VISUAL EXPERIENCE & MERCHANDISING MANAGER 100% 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and adapt visual merchandising standards for the Swiss market, ensuring alignment with international brand guidelines.
  • Lead the full visual strategy across retail, including seasonal campaigns, immersive in-store experiences, and targeted VM actions at the point of sale.
  • Design and implement inspiring visual concepts that enhance customer engagement and reflect brand identity.
  • Monitor market and design trends, translating insights into actionable strategies to strengthen brand perception and boost commercial performance.
  • Act as a central liaison between internal departments and national/international teams (Retail, Operations, VM, Marketing) to ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints.
  • Support key brand moments, including store openings, PR events, and activations, through creative and impactful visual merchandising.
  • Report regularly on VM performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve visual impact and sales results.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in visual merchandising, ideally within a premium multi-brand environment.
  • Proven ability to independently develop and implement creative VM strategies.
  • A highly creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness and a passion for dynamic, international settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and a hands-on approach to project execution.
  • Proficiency in design tools and a sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and detail.
  • Native German speaker with strong English communication skills.
