Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support: handle incidents, service requests, and routine tasks.
• Participate in infrastructure projects: modernization, upgrades, and cloud integrations.
• Design and implement automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and VPN solutions.
• Manage SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, and wireless environments (including Cisco Meraki).
• Conduct in-depth network analysis and resolve complex connectivity issues.
• Support monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement of infrastructure tools.
• Ensure security compliance and documentation in line with ITIL/ITSM practices.

Profile Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in large enterprise or complex networking environments.
• Networking: Cisco NX-OS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE; HP ProCurve, Aruba, Ubiquiti.
• Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
• Core protocols: DNS, DHCP, HTTP Proxy, WLAN, RADIUS.
• Firewalls: Palo Alto (design, config, troubleshooting).
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, OCI.
• Automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• SD-WAN and VPN deployment and maintenance.
• Certifications: CCNP R&S (mandatory); AWS certification (a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in English; any other European language is an advantage.
