Requisiti:
Proactive attitude
Reliability, conscientiousness, and utmost respect for confidentiality
Adaptability and the ability to manage unexpected situations and last-minute changes
English proficiency minimum of C1
Stress management skills
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
Previous experience in an office environment
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

Compiti:
Support to the Strategic HR Manager
Assistance with requests received from the HR Department (absences, invoices etc.)
Logistical and administrative support for employees and interns/trainees
Screening, responding, and filing spontaneous CVs received
Regular monitoring and updating of files and Excel spreadsheets, administrative documents,
and the HR Outlook Calendar
Managing contacts and booking pick-ups, restaurants, hotels, etc.
Creation and issuance of company badges
Office organization
