We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Payroll Specialist to manage and coordinate payroll activities across 15 international countries. The ideal candidate will ensure payroll accuracy, legal compliance, and efficient collaboration with local providers and internal stakeholders. This role is key in supporting our global HR operations and driving continuous process improvement.

Requisiti:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5?7 years of experience in international payroll, covering multiple countries.
Solid understanding of global payroll regulations and social security/tax frameworks.
Proven experience working with external payroll providers and service-level monitoring.
Excellent Excel skills and experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, NGA).
Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Compiti:
Manage and oversee the full payroll cycle across 14 countries, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Act as main point of contact for local payroll providers and internal HR/Finance teams.
Validate monthly payroll inputs (salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions, terminations) and ensure legal and fiscal compliance per country.
Monitor and ensure alignment with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate and support payroll audits, statutory filings, and year-end processes.
Prepare and deliver regular payroll reporting, cost analyses, and reconciliations for internal stakeholders.
Lead standardization and optimization of payroll processes across all jurisdictions.
Keep abreast of changes in international payroll legislation and proactively address impacts.
Support international mobility cases (e.g., cross-border employees, expatriates) when applicable.
