CUSTOMER SERVICES JUNIOR SPECIALIST
– Registration & Membership
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle member and event participant inquiries via email/phone/CRM.
- Process registrations, payments, invoices, and cancellations.
- Maintain data accuracy and assist with stock and material prep.
- Support onsite at international oncology events and promote membership.
Profile:
- Degree or diploma, with 1–5 years in customer service or events.
- Fluent in English; strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team player, detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines and multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Willing to travel occasionally
