Main duties:
- Documents & manuals preparation
- Dedicated formstacks preparation
- Virtual platform Industry related
- Post Congress resources assistance
- SOPs preparation
- PPTs preparation
- Emails follow-up
Requirements:
- Maturity degree or professional education in event, hotel or tourism management
- Good knowledge of MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good Knowledge of database usage
- Experience with pharmaceuticals world
- English fluent
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Resident in Switzerland
- Sops preparation
