Job llocation: Zurich.

As a Store Manager, you will have the responsibility for ensuring the achievement of the store business goals (both Sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the brand, in line with corporate policies and procedures.


The Ideal profile has

  • Proven experience of minimum 2/3 years in a similar role within a Luxury Fashion Company
  • Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
  • Team leading experience, at least 10 people
  • Knowledge of the industry and business oriented
  • Strategic vision to develop the business
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Language proficiency in German and English. Any other language is a plus
  • Passion for fashion industry


  • Ensure achievement of store sales budget
  • Responsible for managing store costs effectively
  • Accountable for the overall results of the store, working closely with all managers to ensure daily activities are running smoothly and long-term plans are being met as well
  • As a dynamic and inspiring leader, you will manage all activities to achieve the business goals of the store, demonstrating an excellent customer experience
  • Perform work with high integrity and towards the company with corporate departments
  • Being a brand ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market


Directly reporting to the Area Manager:

  • Create the vision and tone of the store, while at the same time driving a highly successful and profitable business working hand in hand with the regional and corporate manager
  • Guarantee the profitability of the store developing and implement business action plans to maximize sales for each product category and customer level segment
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided by motivating and challenging staff
  • Ensure complete organization of company assets
  • Communicate KPIs set by the company and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met
  • Conduct daily store meetings with the team to communicate current business trends, relevant updates and motivate store employees
  • Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with the main business departments
  • Ensure stock fill on fundamentals and assortment purchase to achieve store goals
  • Lead the CRM processes to guarantee the execution of the CRM of the company and develop opportunities with loyal potential clients
