As a Senior Director Business Development, you will take sales responsibility for generating revenues in the DACH Region, while focusing on Germany. As a member of an ambitious global organization which is on its way of achieving category leadership, you will be independent collaborator, a highly active and resilient member of the European Sales team driving the business forward. You live, breath MSP, VMS and SOW, while you want to excel in a supportive, diverse and client-centric organization.



  • Assuming responsibility for all facets of business development to acquire, build, maintain and manage customer relationships.
  • Accountability for all aspects of account development and management. This includes prospecting, researching and compiling detail for financial management, such as the pricing of engagements, forecasting and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Growing revenue within the client account and its affiliates drive additional opportunities post implementation
  • Work with the Business solutions and Engagement Management teams to transition account management smoothly (effectively transitioning customer engagement from sales to delivery)
  • Providing subject matter expertise related to Staffing, Supplier Management, and Workforce Acquisition Technology industry
  • Work in conjunction with internal legal department to process sales contracts, create SOW language and finalize for contract signature.
  • Development of yearly strategic sales plans, with responsibility to meet an annual sales quota.
  • Participate in the RFP-Proposal and Presentation preparation and delivery process.
  • Participate, when required in company projects and trade shows



  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, strategic planning, deal negotiation and management, with Fortune 500 companies, preferably in the technology (SaaS), managed services (MRP, RPO, workforce consulting industries
  • Experience selling in various countries within the DACH region
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Strong knowledge of salesforce (reports, dashboards, forecasting)
  • Ability to identify business opportunities, secure new business and build lasting professional relationships with c-level executives
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated interest and success in the staffing, supplier management, and technology field with a strong background in general business
  • Bright, dynamic and articulate with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and can manage accounts to achieve financial profitability goals
