For our client, we are recruiting their new:

Business Analyst & Project Manager

Main Responsabilities:

  • Coordinate with Business Owners/Other Teams to come up with the acceptable overall solution and own the final solution

  • Coordinate Technical Team for developing technical solution

  • Closely Interact with Business Owners to elicit, analyse, specify and validate functional requirements based on business needs

  • Work with management and project team to prioritize requirements

    Test Coordination to ensure functional results

  • Coordination with various stakeholders, business and IT

Project Management:

  • Project Plan/Timelines

  • Manage and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary

  • Be part of Global Change Management


  • University Master’s degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems

  • Proven experience in defining processes and requirements for implementation of ERP

  • At least 7 – 8 years previous experience

  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

  • Available for regular travels


  • Demonstrated project management skills including planning, organizing, and managing resources

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Excellent understanding of the organization’s objectives and business processes

  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
