(information for the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing) for financial
institutions (banks and financial intermediaries). For their offices located in Lugano,
we have been charged to search for the following professional profile:


Main responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and executing software solutions to address business issues.
Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software.
Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.
Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process/software
improvements for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, automating manual
processes, and building tools to automate data collection.
Main responsibilities as Team Leader:

Collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
Providing architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team.
Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
Guiding, training, and managing Junior Developers as well as synchronizing development activities with Database and System Administrators.
Technical skills and qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Extended experience in Project Management.
Excellent knowledge of relational DBs, database management (in particular MySQL).
Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle.
Ability to perform root cause analysis on processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proficiency in object-oriented scripting languages including: Python, Java, Javascript, Node.js, Coldfusion is a plus.
Experience in using REST webservice and JSON
