In your new role

Commercial and logistic area

• Acting as the point of contact for all daily operations taking place in the warehouse

•  Back-up for preparation of the shipping documentation;

(pack list, proforma invoice, forwarding order, customs declaration, etc.)

• Back-up of other logistics areas (incoming goods, storage, packaging) depending on the workload

•  Entry, receipt and processing of service orders (RMA)

• Acquisition of customer orders

•  Coordination with other dept. to ensure the material and information flow as well as status

updates of orders

•  Order monitoring and ensuring delivery reliability

•  Reporting of various key figures

•  Participation in projects

Purchase and planning area

•  Shipment schedule analysis together with the team

•  PO towards suppliers and approval request

•  Inventory process definition together with the team

•  Coordination of high level deliveries, giving priorities to the production

•  Stock level analysis together with the team

Reporting and Administrative area

•  Facilities like coffee machine issues, lunch arrangement and accommodation

•  Reference for every kind of problem by the team

•  Meeting room reservation and agenda preparation

•  Daily Sales Report to Headquarter


Your profile

•  Previous experience in similar duties is a must

• An independent and quick learner, looking to work in a team

•  Good language skills (oral and written) in both English & Italian. German would be a Plus

•  Looking to take ownership of a project and ready to take responsibility for the deliverables

•  Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills

•  Good organizational skills, including efficiency, punctuality,

and collaboration in a team environment

•  Proficiency in computer skills, such as MS Office

• Accounting booking entry skill would be a Plus.
