HR Generalist (German, Italian and English)

For our estimated client, leader industrial company based in Lugano, we are currently looking for a HR Generalist with German, Italian and English knowledge, in order to strengthen the Division.

The candidate will be a strong support especially on administrative activities for the whole HR team, with a focus on:

Correspondence, reports, presentation, organization of meetings, document filing, monitoring of the main deadlines

Data collection and statistical processing and control reports

Administration of training and development events

Support in the management of attendance / absence control

Support in the recruitment process

Interaction and provision of information to employees, department heads and candidates

Support to resp. Human Resources regarding the dissemination of new HR policies


Humanistic / managerial / communication / marketing disciplines

Excellent knowledge of German, Italian and English languages, spoken and written

Excellent skills of the MS Office package, in particular Excel

- Knowledge of "social media" and Recruiting channels

- Relational skills given the heterogeneity of interlocutors
