Our client, an important productive company, is looking for an:
The ideal candidate, reporting directly to the Managing Director and in dotted line to the European Hr Manager, will be responsible for leading the change in the company's culture and management to bring it to a more modern and integrated reorganization in order to establish a new consolidated HR department.
It will be necessary to have a theoretical and practical understanding of the logic of the HR sector, the ability to weave interpersonal relationships and gain the confidence of collaborators, a good inclination to teamwork, collaboration on conflict management and professionalism.
He/she will deal with recruitment, selection, payroll and personnel administration, planning and execution of transfers and ending of employment relationships. He/she will also have to identify training needs, plan and implement them, develop and introduce new forms of work organization and management, organize workflow, plan and implement PR measures, maintain contacts with the press and the public local authorities and analyze the efficiency of measures related to human resources.
A previous experience of at least 10 years in HR department, knowledge of automotive supplier sector, fluent knowledge of English and fair knowledge of Italian are required.
