Senior Executive Assistant

For an important financial, real estate and industrial Holding company located in Canton Ticino, we are looking for a:

Senior Executive Assistant

Main tasks

Personal & Executive Assistance:

Managing professional and private agenda

email and phone calls

Drafting reports

Supporting the preparation and presentation of documents

Managing deadlines and general secretarial and back office activities

Scheduling, preparing and managing meetings

Managing travel plans worldwide, both private and professional

Managing and coordinating internal and external contacts

Welcoming visitors

Editing minutes of meetings

Office Management:

Coordinating Office activities and relationships between different areas, locations and managers

Coordinating General Secretary, General Services and staff activities

Supporting the relations with top stakeholder

Supporting managing Board activities and relations

Managing service suppliers and purchaising orders

Managing and coordinating communication and strategic meetings
Travel Management

Qualification

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience in the same role

Preferable coming from Family Office environment or top companies in the same role of Executive Assistance to General Manager, Board, President

Personal Assistant task is mandatory

Very Fluent English and preferrable a second language

Very Good knowledge of tools such as electronic mail, Excel, Power Point,

Degree is preferable or a very intensive experienced in the same role
