Spare parts manager

For our client, multinational company based in Lugano, we are hiring an Spare parts manager.

Contribute to define and implement spare parts group strategy.
- Ensure the best in class customer satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Improve spare parts delivery, and optimize stock value.
- Lead and coordinate the sales and execution efforts of the spare parts team.
- Ensure a strong focus on maximizing profits and prices by proper price setting and
price reviewing.
- Manage smooth logistics and minimize order-to-delivery lead time.
- Monitor the service rendered through a system of key performance indicators, - Analyze and report them in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer metrics and constantly seek areas for improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer service support for Ilapak sales network.
- Actively communicate the spare parts products/services and inform changes and
updates to all stakeholders.
- Evaluate market potential.
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Ensure the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience with product development, marketing,
spare parts sales, or service delivery;
Preferred

Qualification

• MoS or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or
Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in teams and people management.
• Understanding of market and ability to interface with customers.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Leadership and cooperation skills.
• Ability to drive actions proactively.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and share knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Travel around 10%.
