Digital Sales Specialist

•  Submit pre-sale audits to define digital products that meet our client’s needs
•  Interface with ad-managers to maximise campaign performances
•  Manage the contacts with Swiss media agencies, direct clients and partners
•  Enter orders into trafficking systems
•  Create and update presentations
•  Analyse, optimize and proactively create solutions to retain and grow our digital revenue
•  Report monthly metrics to account executive and clients
•  Communicate and report to sales staff on successful digital campaigns
•  Digital expert for all digital advertising solutions

•  1-3 years of online marketing ideally from a digital agency or online media
•  Must have organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively
•  Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables
•  Programmatic advertising, Google Adwords/AdSense, Facebook Audience Network/Business manager knowledge preferred
•  Proficient Microsoft Office
•  Ability to multitask, manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team-oriented environment
•  Proactive problem solving
•  Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
•  Fluent in Swiss German (mother tongue preferred) and English. The knowledge of the Italian language is considered preferable but not necessary

The salary will be commensurate with the real professional skills.
The place of work could be Lugano, Zurich or both.
